However, we are not always able to achieve this. Sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order can take a little longer. Delivery takes place via DPD.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@response-nordic.eu. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

LIT HERO captures the action in ultra HD 4K video while bumping the frame rate up to 60 frames per second for more fluid motion and the ability to play back video in 2x slow motion. You can also take 12MP photos and grab photos up to 11MP from your videos using the GoPro Quik app.

16:9 Widescreen + 4:3 Immersive Capture

LIT HERO can shoot 16:9 aspect ratio footage for full-screen playback on your phone and TV, or 4:3 aspect ratio that delivers a 25% taller field of view for more immersive shots. You can also use the GoPro Quik app to crop your footage into any shot you need, including vertically for TikTok and other social media platforms.
